Rosie started with one griddle and a lot of nerve.
In 1978 Rosie Delgado bought a shuttered lunch counter with her savings and a family pancake recipe. Today her grandson Marco runs the griddle, the pie case is still stocked every morning, and the regulars still have their own mugs on the wall.
Everything's made from scratch: hash browns shredded at 5 AM, biscuits baked in-house, and a gravy recipe we won't tell you even if you ask nicely.
Come say hi
